I REALLY recommend yall to read Christopher Hart books, either buy or read on the internet archive, shape language matters more then anything, and so does basic color theory (I promise it’s not that hard, for this you just need to know different pallets and what colors clash well), if you want something goofy I recommend you look a few of fritters tutorials too for free on YouTube!

I think definitely the most important tip here is that you'll need to learn shape language ^_^ this helps your character to look more unique and cartoony, for example, if you want to draw Natsuki from DDLC, she has a tsundere like personality+
