I will never forget coming over to my MIL’s for dinner (that we were invited to) and my husband walked in with me and our two kids and we got a stern talking to about knocking. I was so shocked because my family is open door and welcoming. I felt so turned off instantly.

My house is becoming the opposite. My 22 yr old son and his friends are always here. Fire pit in the back, purchased multiple couches, building a garage for them, and snacks and drinks always in the fridge. ✌️
