Check for mastitis. You pumped too much colostrum when you 1st pumped. I noticed right away it was colostrum and not milk. I made that mistake with my 1st daughter and my milk production was too much & VERY painful! The overproduction created mastitis. For treatment:Start with safe milk removal, cold compresses, and anti-inflammatory medications.

pumping you get more Milk.. beter if you do not pump anymore.. the baby has to regulatie the Milk production. if it get hard places in your breasts then massage it en then push a little bit of Milk out by the sink.. so that its not longer heurt..
