I guess bro but a rock being thrown that far wouldn't do much damage. A man beating the fuck out of somebody does. This is a case where justice wasn't served, and the man that beat him up deserves jail time. I wouldn't be surprised if we find out the guy got jail time later for hurting someone else. You DONT let people do what they want. 9 times out of ten, the guy literally just wanted to put his hands on someone and saw an opportunity 🤔. I wonder where this happened, would probably explain some of the logic behind it.
