And if they're still really struggling, direct pressure on the tummy helps too!!! Helped my daughter who struggled burping, and it ended being one of her favorite positions to lay in! Head in the crease of your elbow, hand directly on their belly abd let their legs dangle! Their body weight will do the rest! (picture is my mom holding her after a feed)
