How can a language be optional to a basic four pupil? in the event that child doesn't take the language, where does he or she go when the teacher is teaching it? Will the child be allowed to go out till the period is over? Who will take care of the the said child during that period? Why can't our political class and stakeholders use their brains? If anything happens to child because the teacher is teaching a language the child is not taking?
