stage 3 lipedema and stage 1 lymphedema. I had to FIGHT to get my doctor to send me to a specialist. As soon as they walked in they said "oh yes..". My PC said just wear compression pants. Guess what? I need physical therapy, medical grade compression pants and eventually surgery. If I had listened to my PC it would have just gotten worse. Ladies, if you suspect it... follow your instincts and fight.

I had the same, got rid of most of it with dumbbell workouts, took me 1 year and a half, plus lots of fuids and MLD (2 times per week) it s not all gone, but lets say 78% / 80% it s gone.

Sadly, apparently not one doctor in my city that can diagnose Lipadema....unbelievable 🥴. Have to go to Toronto for an accurate diagnosis. Even though we have physicians here that deal with Lymphadema , seems ridiculous

I had a thigh lift AND Lipo on my thighs twice. Once was with the lift, both of those helped tremendously but even after all of that, I still have visible nodules
