@murtazaviews: The second phase of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections concluded amid renewed allegations of rigging by the Pakistan Peoples Party, while the Pakistan Muslim League (N) celebrated what it described as a major electoral success. According to results announced by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission, PML-N won all refugee constituencies based in Pakistan and established a lead in the Muzaffarabad Division seats. Polling took place under heightened security following days of unrest, with reports of violence, closed polling stations and disruptions in several areas after protests called by the Joint Awami Action Committee began in Muzaffarabad a day before voting.
