Grinch cookies💚 YOU WILL NEED: •2/3 cup all purpose flour •1 tsp baking powder •1/2 tsp salt •1 cup unsalted butter (room temp) •1 cup brown sugar (packed) •1 egg •1 tsp vanilla extract •neon green food dye •frosting of choice •grinch cookie cutter (I got mine from Amazon) TO MAKE: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together. In a separate bowl, combine the butter and brown sugar. Mix until fluffy consistency, then mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and green food dye. (add as much color to your liking) Gradually add in the flour until dough forms. Form dough into a ball with your hands and cover and place in the fridge. Chill for at least a couple hours (this is important to ensure the grinch face stays!) Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit once dough is done chilling. Sprinkle flour onto a rolling sheet, then place dough on top. Roll out dough to desired thickness, then sprinkle a little flour on top. Dip grinch cookie cutter into flour and start cutting out cookies. Work quickly so the dough doesn’t get warm. Continue dipping the cookie cutter in flour in between each cookie. Once baking pan is filled, chill in the freezer for 10 minutes, then place in oven to bake for 8-9 min.
