@kennedy_snead: Happy to report now that I’m out of the first trimester that I ended up trying unisom + b6 (even though it didn’t work at all for my first pregnancy) around 8 weeks and IT WORKED!!! Morning sickness SUCKS! These are the only non-medicine related tips that work for me. #pregnant #pregnancy #7weeks #morningsickness #pregnantlife
My problem is I have to take my thyroid med every morning on an empty stomach and I’m not supposed to eat for 30 minutes 😩 it’s torture

You can’t eat sour and be nauseas at the same time! Your brain can’t process it. Lemon, sour patch kids, whatever you want

When does morning sickness start. I’m 6 weeks today. I’ve had a little butterflyish feelings but no nausea,.. yet. 🤞

Also having protein for breakfast really helps. If you’re having an egg aversion though, you can buy protein bagels or have Greek yogurt

I take Pink Stork Nausea Support at night with my prenatal, drinking hydromom electrolytes helps me get through the day so much, and I keep Preggie pops and pink stork nausea sweets on hand. Im almost 7 weeks and these seem to be helping a lot so far! I hope it helps some one else too!

I did not take advantage of being pregnant for the first time. Between the constant gagging, the horrible taste in my mouth and the fact I have a wild 2 year old to chase after…it’s rough out here

A big help for me was splitting up my prenatal vitamin dose so I had half in the AM and half in the PM apparently the iron in them can cause sickness. So another option is to get one that has no iron and instead use an iron fish or an iron glycinate supplement instead. I also just have to eat if I feel yuck 😂. Also had to stop using toothpaste because it keeps making me vomit 🙃

Also, I didn't try these for my first pregnancy and did for my second and they are actually really good! The Preggie Pop Plus drops! Sour and they have B6 in them! I was sceptical that they'd even work, but I found them to be really great!

you can also set an alarm for 15-30m before you need to get up, eat the crackers, fall back to sleep (cos, pregnancy nausea) and then get up at the second alarm haha 👍🏼 I found out that was helpful by accidentally doing it several times 😂
