Honestly, making the argument that they don’t require women to cut their long hair but are making men cut theirs is actually a fairly solid basis for a sex discrimination claim/argument. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Speak their language: fear of liability.

I worked as a chef for 10 years, never had to cut my hair. If a job wants to enforce an image, look elsewhere, you don't want that place.
