imo its not really problematic in universe that spider-man is doing it, cause like, its spider-man. i trust him with all the power in the world. however it is advocating and normalizing the use of that technology irl, which is bad. i dont mind that the movie doesnt punish spider-man for doing so, but it simply shouldnt have been a thing in the first place cause the real world implications arent great.
