This entire era is an insanely expensive body check. I genuinely hope she does take a true break & gets some serious help bc I can only imagine what kind of damage she’s done to her internal organs. If she can recover I think she’ll look back at this album as the serious cry for help that it is

I appreciate you humanizing her. I feel like creators are using what she's going through as an opportunity to drag her & make content that encourages people to hate on her. I'm not even a huge ari fan but it's disturbing to see people try to kick her when she's obviously going through something.

I was so so excited for her and proud of her success, but it is terrifying to witness her like this. Frankly, a lot of women have been worried for her since the shooting and Mac, but we get shushed by people loudly declaring that nothing ever bothers her and she’s fine. Impact always hits eventually. Ppl who state otherwise are suppressed.

She is an artist THROUGH AND THROUGH. She also has the massive talent on top of that; which together, at those levels, is not a common combo. I’ve also noticed, tho, she is legitimately VERY intelligent. She has clearly done tons of trauma work; but that intellect on top of allll the pressure and the extreme, enduring traumas she has endured.. It’s no wonder she is trapped— and so severely— in her illness. It’s bad enough to be aware of your trauma; but to also be aware of how deeply it’s embedded in you and that, if we’re honest with ourselves, we can’t truly “overcome” it in the way we want (especially for perfectionists!).. It’s the ultimate self-defeat. I relate to her only on a very small scale; so the extent to which I feel bad for *her*— since being able to recognize and comprehend all these aspects— is indescribable.

Trigger Warning!... When I was in an unhealthy situation with food, it was a strategy to feel in control of my life and STRESS! As you said... I felt my best back then in some brainwashing way, and the scariest thing was that I performed the BEST I ever had. Because I felt I was in control, while my family and people around me started to be afraid for my health and yes, it was almost zero for months. It is a weird sickness and I truly don't wish it on anyone. Still today, it is a fight and can easily come back as a reminder for the rest off your life. I personaly have a really hard time watching this...
