You can toughen them up yourself friend - just “bark” at them when you pass them by ok? 😊 Peace

I ponder alot myself. I struggle with restriction in the name of safety. What seems sensible can end up having unforeseen consequences. Very interesting topic. hmmmm. Let me think about it. lol 😎✌️

This weekend I experienced my daughter having to let go and watch her daughter make decisions that she didn't agree with. My granddaughter bought her first car and Mama thought she should buy something "safer." This resonates.

I always appreciate your thought process as you celebrate nature and how we are all connected to it… I think that’s why I love to go up into the redwoods in my area… Helps me feel connected and gives me a sense of awe with my world… just as we find the strength to face the challenges we have in this life…… Endeavor to persevere my friend… And continue to share your wisdom… Keep thinking… I think you have a great connection between your head and the heart💚✌️😎

Good point and definitely parallel to life. We use fencing to protect our transplanted trees. This allows them the protection from animals yet they experience the wind.

Y—-I do in the city, as well. (Or bunnies eat the bark, hungry in the winter. I use on my 5-7’ trees. The maples are 100’s of years old/don’t need them.) ——Love how it relates to our lives, like you said. +The key is asking for help when you need it, & working through it all when you really don’t.♥️🙏🏻💪🏼🤓 ++Have a great rest of your week.😍

good point, very sound realization...sometimes our good intentions don't allow for 'the natural intention' ✨

I was a tree tube for my children because I had no tree tube in my childhood.😳 My poor children.

Protection is good until it isn’t protecting but crippling. Glad you think often no matter how dangerous it is. Thank you for this life lesson.

I think this is a beautiful story. Absolutely makes sense and without doubt. Parallels with life in so many ways. In my opinion.

They have a lot of positives on using the tubes yet on the down side tubes stifle the natural growing habit.
To tube or not to tube?🙏
