Claire was to explain how Peter went for surgery and wasn’t outed as spider-man. And how punisher wasn’t arrested in the hospital but it got cut for whatever reason. I’d assume it’s like the PlayStation miles morales where everyone who saw his face just decided to keep his secret because “anyone can wear the mask” <- common theme for the movies.
