That certainly explains ALL of yesterday. I couldn't stay away awake to save my life, and when I was awake I had a tension headache from hell! My dad's dementia was inexplicably worse than than usual. The dog kept giving everyone the saddest baby eyes. My gremlin kitty was unusually cuddly. And my son "felt very attacked" by absolutely no one. How long are we on this ride? 😮‍💨

Since Thursday - body pain, terrible dreams, headaches, can’t sleep, can’t meditate, disconnected from self, exhausted, dog has been off - bad dreams for him too. This makes sense and why I’ve been in bed for the last 2 days!

Migraines galore, dizziness and super thirsty… then the dreams…. I’ve had my son visit me more this past week than he has in the past year. Dreams are vivid and having experiences I’ve never had before, then wake up drenched in sweat.
