I camp at Washoe Lake all of the time, taking nightly walks from Loop A down to the dock area. Not a damn thing. Same with Rye Patch. Nice and peaceful. The wild Turkeys are fun.

i got talked to by a sw/mimic while camping in the vc highlands. also have heard screaming around the highlands as well, although since it was female screaming it could’ve been a mountain lion. i would’ve said anywhere around vc

I camped at Great Basin for 4 nights and every night I had the same lucid dream where something was trying to pull me out of the tent. I’ve been camping many times in various states and that was by the far the creepiest camping trip I’ve ever experienced.
