I'm sorry to say that belly Welly irritated my stomach so bad and it also got a bladder infection from it this is not for everybody yeah it's a good thing but you got to really look at your products and what you like and what your body can actually handle the people's bodies are very sensitive to things and so they can't take very well at all because it your liver needs a digest it and if your liver can't digest it easy it's not going to go very well
