Tammy Claeson :
I’ve done it 20 times. If it’s not yours, don’t touch it. 😂

My first year of teaching, a student had a blood vessel burst in her nose. It burst so aggressively that it burst her eardrum. She fainted in my classroom and started bleeding out of her nose, ears, and mouth. 😬

And yet the custodian is the most disrespected person in the district…. Custodian here . Teachers need us more than we need them. But rarely do we get told this.

I hate the sa training. Having to hear all the things to not do to a kid freaks me out and makes me sick.

Had a kid split his eyebrow open on the football field, I’m on ERT for work and had nothing with me…. Except a tampon…. He’s still mad about it cuz he had to walk thru the school with it on his face but it worked!

My kid (who attends my building) had a nosebleed and I found her drops in the hallway. I just grabbed the front office's cleaner and some paper towels, all training out the window.

Two things can be true ⭐️ :
Kid has a bloody nose. Hold on! Drip everywhere! I have to go three hallways away to get gloves! Yeah. No. PINCH

I hate the fire extinguisher one. If there's a fire, I'm getting out of the building...I'm not fighting fires. Sorry. 🤷

Dude I have the answers to that video memorized at this point. Also I am a sped teacher so bodily fluids are a regular thing for me.

Ohhh my bloodborne pathogen training is different... As a teacher in a school for kids with ASD, it is absolutely unfortunately my job to clean it up

I’m watching this while sitting at my table eating cereal and not watching the training videos that are playing on my computer.

we had a full on call 911 medical emergency involving blood in my room. I forgot everything except "don't touch it!" ... we have buttons that we are supposed to press a certain number of times to alert emergencies and I also forgot allll of that training. I need it on a sticker

16 yrs of training. A kiddo punched a glass door window through and cut his hand. Mama mode activated. Teacher mode went into hiding. I had that baby’s blood in my hand as I helped him get treatment. Oops!
