Murphys oil soap! we got all the paint off our floor with it. lots of scrubbing but it did come off.

Nail polish remover or 90% isopropyl alcohol can get that paint off! Had to use for spots I got on the floor not sure what will be easiest for you since there’s so much maybe pour some on let it sit a little then try to wipe up with paper towel! Good luck 😭
