This so fake. Ones been hanging longer and one is fresh. I was a butcher at a slaughterhouse for years calves, steers, and heifers, or cow all look the same. Some just may have yellower fats. And yes the older ones are for ground beef only.

Yes but no the one that is more yellow looking is a grass-fed beef and the one that's fat looks white is a finished beef meaning it has been grain fed.
