please help my account was hacked and I didn’t have access to it for almost a year. I did get it back. I did all the things you said I had to take a picture with my ID all that good stuff but when I got my account back, it had this permanent restriction on it. A restriction the account got while I didn’t have access to it because it was hacked something TikTok recognizes because they are the ones that helped me recover the account. I’m desperate to get this off because it keeps me from being able to add things to my showcase. But if I’m in TikTok Support, it’s AI garbage it does nothing. They’ve already recovered the account. It says my account healthy when I look at the health but anytime I try to add something to my showcase. It says I have a permanent restriction. Do you know what I can do?

Hey love this help, but do you have any tips if they emailed me back saying sorry about it, but then told me to follow steps to appeal it on the app after I already left details that the app won’t let me? The email they sent me also is from a do not reply one 💀 so I can’t even email them back that this didn’t help me at all
