Can you share more details on the specific robot vacuum? I have three Goldens also and have a eufy with the dump station and it’s useless. The hair gets caught up in the rollers even though it was labeled as “pet hair”. And the hair won’t move from the vacuum to the dumping container.

I feel like that’s where my dog hair tends to collect there so if I have to do the robot vacuum and vacuum I feel like why have the robot and pay for that? 6 dogs here, all Goldens & Goldadors. Hair is a constant battle. May try that one next. We have Roborock now and not super impressed! We use that during the day and I use my Dyson at night.

A duvet isn’t that bad. You take it off of your down comforter and wash it. It’s the extra step of putting your down comforter back in it that’s annoying.

Coming from a home where we have a golden and a lab - the bedding isn’t crazy aesthetic but when we sleep with our dogs we lay blankets down over our duvet so when you make the bed it’s still nice and less hair then it normally would be but it keeps your duvet so much cleaner too. Would you say your robovaccum lasts a long time with the pet hair? Trying to convince my bf that we could use one lol

I have one golden and I swear my life revolves around dog hair. If I’m not sweeping the floor then I’m brushing her or changing my shirt bc of hair or vacuuming my car bc of hair or washing my bedding. It’s never ending. I can’t imagine more than one lol

as an owner of two goldens, we use a lightweight blanket on top of the duvet so we can wash that more frequently … gotta have a hair barrier lmao
