The Christian Science church in Boston has a massive three story stained glass globe that you can walk through, but to visit you also have to listen to them talk about Christian Science. I’ve sat through that talk multiple times because I love that big ass globe

I used to be a chaplain and we had departmental scavenger hunts weekly to find all of the Christian Science pamphlets that they’d leave EVERYWHERE in the hospital trying to convince people to turn from their doctors to embrace Jesus. 😭😭

It is honestly kinda wild just how many flavors of particularly weird christianty there are. Was forced to go to a seventh day adventist school for 5 years myself. Funny thing is the cookier stuff I learned about afterwards, it was just basically super conservative 24/7 otherwise.
