Actually it’s not part of gods plan, he put us on this earth with free will, if someone kills someone else, that’s not on him, that’s on that other person because THEY had free will. God does not make anyone kill anybody. Just because he’s mighty and he has power doesn’t mean it’s his fault EVERYTIME someone does something that isn’t faithful. Every Christian that has been killed that’s because someone went out their way with THEIR free will to do it!! So next time we speak about my Father make sure it’s the truth!!
