this might give you a heads up if the government of botswana from spying on you. 30 year old tech that cannot scoop up anything useful. it can’t snoop on data, it can’t snoop on texts since a few years back. maybe it manages to downgrade your voice call to 2G, but you’ll immediately notice on account of the poor audio quality and getting disconnected from the internet.
