That’s why I only ordered from restaurants that I have been to, and sat and ate the food. Because a lot of these little weird name restaurants, I already know they’re about to play.

Indonesian ghost kitchens don't even hide it there is a whole "restaurant" on the app that puts all the items of the ghost kitchen into one so you can order different kind, like you could literally order a traditional fried chicken with a butter chicken and coffee. But it's been known they overwork their cooks.

I am a Chef and I toured a ghost kitchen I was interested in working out of. The restaurants in the ghost kitchen are different restaurants with different owners. The DOH doesn't allow them all to use the same ingredients. Each owner has their own designated shelf in the refrigerator and dry storage with locks on them. Chefs also can shop at many places like Sysco, Baldor, Restaurant Depot etc. Also the restaurants I saw were cooking from scratch, not just reheating food. I believe some of the claims made in this video confuse ghost kitchen with a shared food concept like Wonder.

Everyone needs to do this cause I asked a coworker where he got his food and I knew for a fact the place he ordered from was closed. It was closed for health violations but still operates online even though the location is "closed"
