10 things I do every single day at 53 — and none of them are exciting. ☀️ 1. Morning sunlight before my phone: the first 10 minutes outside, no sunglasses. Resets my body clock and keeps cortisol from dismantling my collagen before the day even starts. 💧 2. Water before anything else: my skin has been fasting all night. Hydration comes before caffeine. Always. 🧬 3. Liposomal NMN with breakfast: by 50 your cellular energy is nearly half what it used to be. Your skin cells literally run out of fuel to repair themselves. NMN gives them that fuel back. This is the one I'd never drop. 🥩 4. 30g protein at every meal: collagen is built from protein. Muscle is what holds your face up and your posture tall. Most women over 40 are chronically under-eating this. 🚶♀️ 5. A short walk after meals: not a workout. Just movement. Steadies blood sugar, improves circulation, shows up in your skin faster than any serum. 🍽️ 6. No eating after 8pm: a 12-hour break from food gives your body the signal to start clearing out old, damaged cells. This is where real renewal starts. 💊 7. Magnesium glycinate before bed: this is what finally let my nervous system truly rest at night. And deep sleep is when everything above actually pays out. 🛏️ 8. In bed by 10:30pm — non-negotiable: every habit on this list gets cashed in during deep sleep. Miss the window and you undo the work. 🧘♀️ 9. I stopped fighting stress and started managing cortisol: breathwork, slow mornings, hard boundaries. Chronic stress is the fastest collagen-killer there is. ✨ 10. I stopped looking for the next thing and stayed consistent: boring habits, repeated for years. That's the whole secret. Comment GLOW and I'll DM you the exact NMN I take every morning.💙 #womenover50 #agelessbeauty #aginggracefully #GlowUp #antiagingtips

JESUS MIRACLES ✝️ Death is the final enemy – the one that silences every voice, ends every story, and breaks every heart. But Jesus, the Author of life, demonstrated that even death has to yield to His command. He raised not one, but three people from the dead in the Gospels, and each resurrection tells us something profound about who He is and what He came to do. The first is the widow's son at Nain. Jesus was entering the town with a large crowd when He met a funeral procession – a young man being carried out, the only son of a widow. The Bible says, “When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her.” He didn't wait for a request; He simply walked up, touched the bier, and said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” And the dead man sat up and began to speak. Jesus gave him back to his mother. This miracle shows that Jesus is moved by human grief – He doesn't stand aloof. He enters into our pain and brings life out of death. Then there's Jairus's daughter. A synagogue ruler fell at Jesus' feet, begging Him to come heal his twelve-year-old daughter who was at the point of death. On the way, messengers arrived with the devastating news: “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?” Jesus turned to Jairus and said, “Do not fear, only believe.” When they arrived, the mourners were weeping loudly. Jesus said, “The child is not dead but sleeping.” They laughed at Him. But He took her by the hand and said, “Talitha cumi” – which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” Immediately she got up and walked. Jesus showed that human finality is not final for God – He simply overrules it. And the most famous of all: Lazarus of Bethany, who had been dead four days – so far gone that his sister Martha said, “Lord, by this time there will be an odor.” Jesus wept at the tomb (the shortest verse in the Bible, yet the most powerful proof of His love). Then He commanded, “Lazarus, come out.” And the dead man came out, still wrapped in grave clothes. Jesus told them to unbind him and let him go. These resurrections are previews of what Jesus will do on the last day – and what He already does spiritually, raising us from the death of sin into new life. If Jesus conquered the grave, then nothing you face is beyond His power. He is the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Him, though he die, yet shall he live.#dios #fyp #jesussaves #amen🙏
