what about micro plastics from the mouthguard. I’ve used the Oral-B mouthguards but it can’t be good to microwave plastic and then grind on it all night.

I'm obsessed! You are right on and amazing! I grew up with immigrant parents from Italy and My first visit to a dentist was at the age of 13. Not their fault... they didn't understand but wow I have suffered. I have beautiful teeth but all my molers are root canals and I've had 2 Apicos. I appreciate your knowledge and advice and plus you are hot! 😁
