White Chocolate Nilla Wafer Cookies 😋 this song plus these cookies … a missile! Recipe: Wet Ingredients * 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled * 1 1/3 cups white granulated sugar * 1/3 cup light brown sugar * 2 eggs, at room temperature * 1 tsp vanilla extract Dry Ingredients * 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp salt Add ins * Nilla wafers ( I used maybe half of the box, maybe more 😂) * White chocolate chips (Amount is up to you 🫶🏽) Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 11-12 minutes 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in bowl. Set aside. 3. Add butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Cream together for 1-3 minutes. 4. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix. 5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 6. Take your nilla wafers and crush them up. 7. Pour into your cookie dough. 8. Add white chocolate chips. Fold into dough completely. 9. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 10. Top with extra nilla wafers and white chocolate chips. (Optional) 11.
