I honestly just think that it depends on the person. Some people might be uncomfortable and don’t want to since they are not familiar or comfortable to use them. That means you should give them time to adjust to learning neopronouns. Personally I have no opinion on it really but some genders like Vampisexual and some other stuff is rlly dumb cause wdym u only have attraction to vampires. But I don’t have other comments on Xenopronouns since I don’t use them.

Ive told all of my online friends that my pronouns are he/they/XE but they all just said "yeah, I'll just use he/they". in this 1 year of using XE in my pronouns, no one and I mean NO ONE has used it for me.
