What are these people think? Because they're on the edge that they can steal and get away with it. And there is no consequences who told them that???? Who told them they can say they're 13 years old? And I'll just leave with the stuff that I bought, even though I tried to steal the rest of it and get to walk free stealing is stealing consequences. If it's a consequence for grown people, it's a consequence for on the age. If you're 8 years old and you still something you don't get to walk. You need to go down to the jail and have your parents wait for you right there. And they can explain why you still.
