I will say as someone that has been prescribed medication and declined mental health help!! Most doctors just prescribe medication and ignore your mental health help! (No I don’t have kids) it was after being assaulted for the 5th time I lost everything, he damaged me beyond repair, I have severe cpstd so the hearing voices, I’ve had that, I couldn’t sleep for the first 4 months and couldn’t sleep on sleep meds and was having panic attacks and hallucinating seeing my rapist ex!! We need better mental healthcare frfr!!
