Crush the crackers. Place the Ritz crackers in a large zip-top bag and crush them into small chunks. Don’t pulverize them—you want some texture. 2. Mix with peanut butter. Pour the melted peanut butter over the crushed crackers and stir until every piece is coated. 3. Prepare the crust. Press the peanut butter cracker mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 9x13-inch baking dish. 4. Make the chocolate fudge. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and milk chocolate chips. Stir continuously until smooth and melted. 5. If needed… If the chocolate starts to seize or looks grainy, stir in 1–2 tablespoons of butter until smooth. 6. Assemble. Pour the chocolate fudge over the peanut butter Ritz layer and spread evenly. 7. Chill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until completely set. 8. Slice & enjoy!
