yep been single 14yrs and not been anyone's choice and so I gave up. no matter how nice, caring, loving, hard working doesn't matter anymore it's all about the looks the most now days. so i gave up looking and trying

Yes, I have. I think sometimes we see someone we’re interested in and wonder, “There’s no way he would notice me,” even when there’s a little hope there. Maybe I’m a little old-fashioned, but I still appreciate when a man takes the initiative. I believe a woman should show interest, be kind, and let him know the door is open, but I love when a man steps up and pursues her with intention. There’s something special about a man who is confident enough to say, “I’d like to get to know you.”

Unfortunately society has two syndromes. Men have the Barbie doll syndrome. Men are physical and sexual. Where girls are judged instantly on attraction or looks. Are they tall, thin, big chested and can turn a man’s head. Unfortunately missing some incredible people that have hearts of gold that love with their hearts. So is the man willing to look past what is standing in front of them and realize looks fade and bodies age. It’s what is inside. Females are raised on the Disney Cinderella syndrome. I’m going to find my prince and live happily ever after. So men are looked at “are they the one?” Not a realistic thought. Unfortunately so many people are caught up on this. My theory. Take a chance tomorrow is not promised. Ask what’s the worse that can happen?
