This summer was the best and most productive summer of my life. I used to be obese, weighing 97 kg, and I finally told myself it was time to lock in. I cut out all the fast food, sweets, soda, and bad habits. I also used to get the flu almost every single week. Now I'm in my third month without getting sick, and I've lost 24 kg now i weigh 73 kg. I proved to myself that I can do it.
