He dropped me off two large buckets at the beginning of the week, so I’m finding fun ways to use them. I think it’s beautiful when you make recipes with ingredients that are growing during the season. We gonna be wishing prickly pears were this available in about four months. This is what’s in the filling: Prickly pear pop tart 4 -5 of prickly pear 1/2 cup of water 1 Tbsp maple 1 cup Chopped pineapple 1/4 cup of passion fruit ice cubes 3 Tbsp of Lime juice 5 tbsp of Tapioca starch + 5 Tbsp of water
