Or the lack of true accountability once a problem was brought to light? This seems like we are only seeing a glimpse of a bigger issue here. There’s obviously a bigger issue here, it’s really about accountability. And sounds like this isn’t the first time she’s done things without asking or acknowledging fault. Also, with the lipstick, it looks like it was a more expensive brand. It seems like when she used it she had the product twisted all the way up, and when they put the cap back on, they squished and snapped off most of the lipstick. That’s really frustrating. What makes it worse isn’t just that it happened, but that they avoided telling you and didn’t acknowledge that they messed up.
