Try to change afternoon sleep. So that she only sleep night time. Maybe 1hour in the afternoon and play time thru out the day. So when evening came she will be more tired.

Я не понимаю зачем идти ночью с ней играть? Я когда брала консультацию у специалиста по сну , то мне ясно сказали - проснулась ночью пускай лежит в темноте никаких игр и так далее , ребенок должен понимать, что сейчас ночь и не время для игр
