Great deal huh I used to watch master diesel techs use brake cleaner on certified pre owned trucks to cover up a leaking oil pan leaks on a new 6.7 psd on a regular basis because the service manager said so used diesels are a gamble I’ve seen a truck running just fine come in the next day and get quotes new cp4 they screwed a customer and they ended up taking it back and they the dealer fixed it granbury tx ford dealership worst place dealers are terrible about used diesel trucks get it looked over by a professional repair shop 100%

I wish your dealership was closer to me. I live here on the east side of Dallas driving up to the middle of the panhandle is a little bit much for me.

I service my own vehicles because I know the oil, filters, & fluids I want in my vehicles are being put into my vehicles. My new 26 F450 that I use for work, I run amsoil in it because I'm putting 2000 to 3500 miles a week on it & need a high quality oil with a Wix XP filter for the high idle times n miles I'm driving. My daily when I'm off work, I drive a 24 maverick 2l awd 4k tow xlt & run synthetic valvoline with a Wix XP filter because it takes me 6 months to get to 5000 miles so I'm only changing the oil twice a year. In my f450 I'm changing the oil & filter twice a month (every 6500 miles). I also keep my vehicles until the wheels fall off before I buy another vehicle.

got mine with 240k. drove it 6 yrs without a problem 100k miles until one day, got bad diesel an cp4 went out the one time i didnt use EDT ,it was sold out everywhere. coincidence ? idk
