Well naw , cherry gave Mariah the scientist and I think yall forgot a pop was exploring Amapiano sounds without making it sound African … the whole point was Tyla to experiment with sounds she hasn’t which she did yall just ain’t like it after she told yall what she was doing

Love Chxrry! Chxrry gave me the album I wanted from Chxrry! Tf. The Black girls in alt pop and alt rnb are taking it! Tinashe, Amaare, AYA Nakumara, Natanya, Twigs, Kelela, Channell, George Riley, PinkPantheress, Rayvn Lenae, Arya Starr, and yes, Tyla, too, there are so many of them I can’t even name them making music rn all off the top of my head so honestly I don’t be asking that much from Tyla, just because she’s the most discussed, doesn’t mean I need her to give me “everything” lol I’m eating good regardless and she gave me a bop with That Girl I’m moving 😏
