At my current job (hospitality, but not food), I don't have an end time, I just finish when I'm told I can finish (depending on the day, could be between 5.30pm to 8.30pm). I don't get an official break, whenever I sit down away from customers technically is my break, but then again, not really. My rota is given to me weekly, with only about 2 days warning for the next week, and I'm not allowed to wear shorts because the big boss thinks it's "unprofessional". I've seen someone not be sent home, even though they should have because they had been vomiting since 4am and I saw them projectile vomit, and that wasn't enough for management to go "you can go home". I'm slowly losing my sanity.
