Spoiler : Jean Baptise (the MC) has a super smell to the point that he can smell even an odorless chemicals, but he is slightly special in mind (childish like) due to his life as a slave. He was later bought by a perfumist and teach him how to create a perfume, he later created the most fragnant perfume but his master died. His life quest afterward is to create the scent he smelt way before when he met a young lady in a alley. He thought that by extracting the scent of skin and hair of a fair young ladies, he can create, and thats how he started murdering. He later created it at the end, but it was revealed that the scent he is chasing the odorless Love/Sex Pheromones that our body producing when we are attracted to other human.
