@alejandrarochaa: Today my heart is so full. 🩷 Thank you to every single person who came out and joined me for our very first The Girly Mile walk. Seeing so many women show up, support one another, laugh, talk, and simply enjoy being together was everything I hoped this would be. I’m a big believer in clapping for other women, encouraging each other, and creating a space where everyone feels welcomed. If I’m being honest, putting myself out there was a little scary. I overthought it, questioned myself, and wondered if anyone would even come. But today reminded me that stepping outside of your comfort zone is so worth it. To anyone thinking about joining us—or any other walking group—I hope you take that first step. You never know who you’ll meet, what conversations you’ll have, or how much better you’ll feel afterward.
