At my old job there was this woman. She was based in location X, always flying to Y. It nearly killed her marriage. They relocate to Y as a compromise. Fast forward, now she's always flying out to X. She wasn't even that well compensated lol.

I have a female coworker who does the same job as me but she would get stressed out and stay longer than she needed to after hours whereas I just did my job and went home and stopped thinking about it. She even posts on social media things related to her work, such as videos of advertisements for our company and stuff like that. It’s like you don’t own stocks in this business, work well when you’re on the clock then go home.

This is false. Men attach worth to their jobs much more strongly and resultingly report much higher rates of depression and suicide resulting from unemployment. Women, in unemployment, find it easier to redirect energy to hobbies/community. I would guess it because men have worse social networks but idk
