1+ year in tmob as care agent, when i say its hard, its really hard, there's no part na you'd get used to it since halos every single day may bagong update, either tools, policies, plans, etc. its a cycle so matira matibay talaga. from 4 clusters turned to just 1 cluster in a single year due to how hard it is, also non voice so having to handle 2-3 customers at a time and needing to respond within 2-3 minutes while checking each account is a nightmare. so yes mga agents, different breed talaga 😭

mas lalo ngayon sa tmob. sobrang toxic. imagine from 65 phone time ngayon 105. doable kaso need mo mag OT hindi kana makapag leave. metrics?.. nakakaloko na den. nag change pa sila ng nps di na medallia. tapos dagdag ng dagdag ng gawain to the point na retention na din kame at collections tapos wla namang pa dagdag sa incentives. di na worth it. nakakapagod na. if marunong lang akong mag VA why not e. hahahaha 5 yrs nako dito sa bwisit na account na to ngayon lang ako na pagod e. araw araw OT pa hayop
