Fontaine doesn’t has one because neuvi didn’t let it. Liyue doesn’t has one, the chasm isn’t part of liyue because Zhongli wasn’t the leader of that land. Natlan, sumeru, inazuma, have one to remember those who the real leader is. Mondstadt has that as a altar. Snez has it as a reminder

early Fontainians (The Rumerians )didn't mess with the abyss and forbidden knowledge that much the people of the land turned into stone golems by their own Accord they didn't do anything that would anger the heavenly principles to the point of launching down a celestial nail to nuke the country. the only time the heavenly principles got angry is when egeria the first hydro archon turned some of her familiars the oceanids into humans without permission from the heavenly principles thus angering the heavens and cursing the people with the flood prophecy in the Fontaine ACQ.

if you think about it, Fontaine had least to do with the Abyss/Abyssal powers out of other nations. Sure there's the narwhal but I'm talking about an active, constant issue that affects day-to-day life of all civilians (ex. natlan and the abyss invasions etc...) their biggest concern was the prophecy

it's probably bc the primordial water acts sort of the same as a celestial nail in terms of it's purifying powers. So if the prophecy comes true, it's two birds in one stone; it'll also partially cleanse any abyssal energy in the area

fountaine doesn't have a frost nail why? the act played by furina was so good that it fooled the heavenly principles meaning the heavenly principles thought that since the hydro archon is already playing her role of justice/purifying they didn't send one

Well, unlike other nations that had Celestial Nails, Fontaine likely did not receive one because it was not dealing with Abyssal corruption or the spread of forbidden knowledge. Celestial Nails are generally associated with areas affected by such corruption, and they appear to function as a means of purification or containment. Although Fontaine’s original Archon, Egeria, violated the Heavenly Principles by committing the “original sin” of creating true humans from Oceanids, she was not portrayed as a rebellious god acting against the Heavenly Principles. Instead, she remained aligned with their authority, which may be why Fontaine received a prophecy rather than immediate destruction. A Celestial Nail also would not have solved the problem Egeria created. The original sin was a fundamental transgression whose consequences could not simply be erased through purification. Unlike Abyssal corruption or forbidden knowledge, which can spread and damage the world itself, Egeria’s sin was tied to the existence of the Fontainian people. Dropping a Celestial Nail would not have undone their creation. So the Heavenly Principles allowed the prophecy to serve as Fontaine’s judgment, letting the world’s own mechanisms bring about the consequences of Egeria’s actions.

Celestial nails are used to purge abyssal energy, so I think the Primordial Sea, being the purest of waters, acts as a buffer against Abyssal energy. Only major Abyssal issues in Fontaine is Elynas (due to him being an alchemical creation of Rhinedottir made during a time when she was experimenting with the Abyss) and he’s dead, and my guy wants to STAY dead.

Fontaine didn't got nail cause there was no abyssal energy suppress so it didn't got hit and the were later cursed by divine flood sin

I think the nail didn't fall on Fontaine because Fontaine technically wasn't even supposed to exist per The Prophecy. The Heavenly Principles might have thought it overkill to nail a nation they've already damned
