200k doesn't sound like alot here, but it depends on what car it is, because at this point, KIA owes her A. A brand new engine for her Vehicle along with supporting components that mightve taken damage/ increased wear from being removed from attached location (exhaust gaskets, Axles, bushings etc.) B. compensation for the time shes lost on the repair she originally went there for.

This version of the story isn’t true. It wasn’t a few hours it was a month and her engine wasn’t removed her injectors were. This happened in my home town. Either way the Kia dealership did her dirty and the manager has been fired for this stunt
