That episode when Aang is dealing with what to do about ozai and storms off and Katara tries to go after him but Zuko stops her. It was subtle but it was like he was reminding her that she doesn’t have to be the mother and fix everything

this is what I mean! people keep saying: "well with aang she learned to be a kid" yeah only for one episode and in the beginning of the series. with zuko maybe she wouldn't immediately turn into a "kid" but she could finally breathe be herself and then eventually be comfortable enough to be a kid again

" with aang she learned to be a kid " yeah that scene was the first and the last time he ever did that. a episode later he and sokka start acting the way they always do and katara has to take care of them. in a episode it was showing that she do the cook and they also showed us and she cleans up tophs things thats how she found out that shes wanted and they're scamming people. its sad
