I almost never leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel people should know what they’re getting into. T-Mobile has suspended my service THREE times over a phone they claimed I never returned. The problem? I have proof I mailed it back, and during a call on July 5, T-Mobile contacted their insurance company while I was on the line. The insurance company confirmed they received the phone on June 20. Despite that confirmation, the charge is STILL on my account more than a month later. I’ve been promised callbacks that never happened, had my service interrupted multiple times because of T-Mobile’s own mistake, and have spent hours trying to fix something that should have been resolved immediately. The most frustrating part isn’t the mistake—mistakes happen. It’s that even after everyone acknowledged the phone was received, nobody had the authority or urgency to actually fix it. If you’re considering T-Mobile, just hope you never have an insurance claim or billing dispute. If something goes wrong, be prepared to spend hours on the phone repeating yourself while your service gets suspended over an error they already know is theirs. As soon as this issue is resolved, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any wireless provider.

your customer services is trash . i paid to replace my hotspot on sunday . paid extras for shipping, and its been three days and every time i call i get told there is an error and they will have too reach back to me, but yet no tracking number or order number but if i look in my accont and my bank accont that money has been paid, i finally get a hold of a "manger" who claimed he is really busy handing other stuff and will get to me when he can . but if my bill was do can i reach out when i am not busy? or do i still gotta pay for a hotspot yall have yet to send me

I have had no phone line for almost a month now because t-mobile said they unlocked it and it’s still lock. My phone number for 2 decades can’t be contacted anymore and it also made my old messages with my mom disappear. I’ve been keeping those messages for 4 years since she died in 2022. I’ve never been this upset in my life. My whole family was with you for many years. You are so wrong for this.

Tmobile is aboustly the worst . have the endless run around i just had i will be going to someone else for phone serives . this was by far the most annyoing ting i have ever delt with and instead giving me a tracking number and a order number they give me 11.99 towards my next bill!!! what is 11.99 when i just paid 129.89???? and good luck calling and getting any help . they give the run around leave you on hold and then ask you to explain your problem 99 times and still dont help just tell you thank you for understanding and the crazy thing i am not understanding at all , at&t would never
